  Tropical Software collects personal information when you order or register a Tropical Software product or service, or when you submit an email to our mailing list. Tropical Software may send you email, including, but not limited to software updates and company news. No third party advertisements will be listed in any of these mails.

  Tropical Software may need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested (we will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose). We will also disclose personal information if required to do so by law, or in urgent circumstances, to protect personal safety, the public or our websites.
